I’ve done a few of these in the past but I haven’t been able to complete one yet. I really love this idea of having certain personal goals that I can work through and grow with for this extended period of time. It makes me check off things a lot faster and more consciously.

The Challenge:
Complete 100 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.

The Criteria:
Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on your part).

  4. Drink 3 full bottles of water daily 100 oz?
  5. Walk 10,000 steps a day
  6. Use and track daily steps with fitbit
  7. Read 12 books in 12 months (/12)
  8. Study the driver manual/go take test
  9. Get my permit
  10. Practice driving to obtain license
  11. Make a monthly playlist
  12. Create a yoga practice
  13. Watch 10 TedTalks
  14. Listen to a new podcast
  15. Start writing poetry again
  16. Begin a daily/weekly journal
  17. See a show, play or event
  18. See Cavalia sometime in 2019
  19. Get to intermediate in French on Duolingo
  20. Be able to order LRP doterra every month
  21. Watch 100 movies (/100)
  22. Finish 10 tv series (/10)
  23. Mediate nightly
  24. Create an herb garden/have plants indoors
  25. Inspire someone I know to begin a blog
  26. Grow my social media numbers (track monthly)

  85. Recycle and reduce waste
  86. Finish 3 audiobooks on audible (1/3) progress on “Troublemaker”
  87. Volunteer at a dog shelter or soup kitchen
  88. Randomly help someone I see genuinely in need
  89. Schedule a professional photoshoot or boudoir session
  90. Post 5 things I’m proud of (/5)
  91. Have 1-2 weekend days a month going totally social media FREE
  92. Start waking up 15 mins earlier until waking up at 6am
  93. Practice being grateful and thankfulness 
  94. Catch up on WATCH LATER on youtube and unsubscribe from at least 5 channels to remove clutter
  95. Shop mindfully with longevity in mind
  96. Reach out to 3-5 old or new friends (1/5)
  97. Declutter phone and social media accounts again- blog and take pictures 
  98. Leave 10 reviews for places you love on Yelp (1/10)
  99. Maybe start drafting/writing a book?
  100. Start a dream journal!
  101. Finally stop biting my nails, FIND A SOLUTION that works and use Biotin for hair skin and nails.
